Upcoming activities in October

• Mon Oct 17 at 7:45 - General meeting - please come, we have a special Anniversary Presentation and a guest

• Sat Oct 22 - at 10am - First Degree at St Francis Xavier 
• Sat/Sun Oct 22/23 - Need help with headcount survey of parish attendees - contact ushers before mass 
• Thurs Oct 27  at 7 to 8pm - Rosary in front of abortion clinic (101 Queensway W).

Dear Brothers, in order to show our resolve to protect the unborn, the knights of our council will pray the Rosary in front of the abortion clinic located at 101 Queensway Blvd W (corner of Queensway and Confederation Parkway).  The time slot that we have chosen is for Thursday October 27 from 7pm to 8pm. Parking is available at St Catherine of Sienna church (a short walk away).

A very Blessed Thanksgiving

Dear Brother Knights,

On behalf of the Council, I would like to wish you and your families a very Blessed Thanksgiving.  The good Lord Blesses us in many ways and it is in giving that we receive more of his grace.  We all have many things to be thankful for and let us make a promise to give more to our neighbours in need this coming year.

Public Square Rosary Crusade - here at Our Church

Each year, Canada Needs Our Lady holds the Public Square Rosary Crusade, with rosary rallies in cities all across the country.

In 2015, there were 127 groups simultaneously praying for our country and the world all across Canada! These Public Square Rosary Rallies take place on the closest Saturday to October 13, feast of the last apparition of Our Lady of Fatima and the Miracle of the Sun. This year the Public Square Rosary Rally Crusade 2016 is on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 12 noon, please join the many other to give public witness for their love for Mary.  The Rosary Rally will be outside St. Francis Xavier Parish.
